Overcoming some type of challenge or fear is pretty difficult at times but as long as you try your hardest, practice and use motivation to keep you going you can reach you dream or fear and accomplish it. Whatever it is, riding a bike, scared of the dark or even overcoming your fear of talking to people or being shy.
Say you really want to improve at a sport, let’s say hockey and you’re not very good at hockey but you want to improve. There are a lot of things that you can to improve your game. One thing that you could possibly do to improve is that try to go on the ice as many times as you can. Maybe rent ice or go to stick n puck or something but just try to skate as much as you can, every time you have a chance. Also you will have to try very hard at it, even if you can’t do something, don’t just quit, keep trying and trying until you get it. Use motivation to get started and desire to keep you going.
Another thing you could do is practice your shot or stick handling at your own house. Just go into your garage of your house and all you need is a hockey stick and a ball preferably a golf ball and just stick handle for a while. Go for as long as you can go for without losing control. Eventually you will get really good if you keep doing every day.
There are a lot of other things that you could do to improve at hockey but that’s all I’m going to say so try you’re hardest and never quit!
